We love Moms and Moms love us! While we like to show thanks to the Moms in our lives every single day, sometimes it’s nice to really show them just how much we appreciate the things they do for us. These queens have nurtured us, taught us tough lessons, and smiled with pride in their eyes for as many years as we’ve been stumbling the Earth, so let’s team up and show all of those special moms in your life what you really think of them this Mother’s Day, and as always, we are here to help you make that Mama Bear of yours feel extra special.
Shall we start with a homemade brunch? Homemade. You know it, we know it, you can’t take these Mom’s OUT for brunch, because they won’t let you pay! So, get your apron on and prepare your favorite classic breakfast spread for her, she’s worth it.
Now for the fun part, it’s really not going to matter what you create in the kitchen when you serve it accompanied by this beautiful, fresh and bubbly cocktail.
Brew House Bubbles
Tools needed:
- Brew House Bar and Herb Scissors
- Spoon
- Champagne glass
Ingredients:
- One bottle of champagne or prosecco
- Raspberries, fresh or frozen
- 8-10 fresh mint leaves
- 1 lemon
- Vodka
Preparation:
- Drop 3-4 raspberries into the bottom of each glass
- Add one coarsely chopped (enter bar and herb scissors) mint leaf and one full mint leaf
- Gently stir, releasing some of the raspberry juices while leaving them mostly intact
- Pour champagne until the glass is two fingers below full
- Fill the remainder of the glass with vodka
- Stir gently & ENJOY!
