I’m sure we aren’t the first to notice that Easter Sunday falls on April Fools Day this year. Easter probably means that you are sharing a meal with family and close friends, and if your crew is anything like our crew, you might want to be on top of your prank game.

- Mouse Trap! A little clear household tape goes a long way on April Fools Day! You’ll probably see it pop up a few times on this list. Find the mouse in the house and cover the optical eye with a small piece of tape. The fun, your victim is going to be really annoyed when they grab that mouse for the first time. The downside is that you may not be around to see it.
- Have you witnessed what happens when a Mentos candy is added to soda? Of course, you have. Freeze Mentos into ice cubes and watch the magic unfold when the soda lover in your family pours one.
- Wake-up call! Got some kids in the clan? Doesn’t matter if you don’t, these are equally as gross for all ages. Clean out the delicious stuffing from a row of Oreos, or whichever sandwich-style cookie you prefer, and replace it with toothpaste. This is perfect for that close-talking uncle whose breath smells like they just ate roadkill.
- Bug out! You’ll need a bag of plastic bugs and beetles from your local dollar store to make Mamma hit the roof with this one. Tape a plastic bug to the inside of a lampshade, I think you get the idea of how that’s going to go.
